The world is a vast land for us humans. Humans that was different in each other, and having different personalities and behaviour. But, wait! Before I forget, the first and foremost, let’s define first what is personality. There are few words in the English language that have such a fascination for the general public as the term Personality. Although the word is used in various senses, most of these popular meanings fall under one of two headings. The first use equates from the term to social skill or adroitness. The second use considers the personality of the individual as the most outstanding or salient impression that he/she creates in others. A person may thus be said to have an aggressive personality or a submissive personality or a fearful personality. It is clear that there is an element of evaluation in both usages, personality as commonly described are good and bad. Widespread interest in the nature of personality stems from the fact that it covers the total person. Personality is an all-inclusive term that covers appearances, abilities, motives, emotional relativity and experiences that have shaped him to his present person. While most definitions are agreed that personality is the totality of one’s physical or inherited attributes as well as those psychological factors that determine one’s characteristic. And in search of uniqueness, one must however, mention that personality is also unique in the sense that how this totality is so arranged in an individual is what sets him apart from the rest. We, individuals are undeniably curious. And curiosity kills cat, so for those wondering mind out there, we presented this research for those people who were, introspecting, why are they behaving like this and that. What got them in doing such things? This might be the answer to all your questions. Another reason that makes this research interesting and readable by all ages, especially by the teens, is that it could boost up one’s self-esteem. And it also shows how can an individual achieve a good personality and how does a personality affects the progress of an individual as well as the progress of the country. As we research, we’ve found out that the childhood experience affects the personality and behaviours in adulthood.
For today’s running time, everything seems to progress or developed. Every country develops and in connection to that development, is that we individuals partake in that development by means of developing ourselves. The more progression in us individuals means progression also to our country and be able to live in a better community. Individuals don’t just develop physically but also mentally and emotionally, but for some factors these developments are hindered. One of the factors that affect one’s progression is the individual “self-esteem”. Self-esteem is the component of personality that encompasses our positive and negative self – evaluations. How does Self- esteem affects individual progression? If an individual have a low self-esteem, then failures for them were inevitable. As a consequence, the person will have low performance expectations and expect to fail a test, thereby producing anxiety and reduced effort. As a result, the person will actually fail, and failure...
